Brief History
Patient: 23/F presents with C/O severe pain in TMJ for more than a year. O/E Teeth present: 11,21 -the only permanent dentition in the Maxillary arch. Retained deciduous 55,53,52,62,63,65 Mandibular Arch: -33,36,43,46- are the four permanent dentition teeth . Retained deciduous dentition -71,73,81,82,83,85.

Temporary overlay prosthesis was fabricated in PMMA material to the approximate vertical dimension and patient was recalled once every week for any adjustments till patient felt TMJ was comfortable and no further pain present.
